New ship-tos not to be transmitted until they are associated with sold-to

Hi,

There is a report that generates idocs everytime a sold-to party is changed or whether a new ship-to is associated with a sold-to party.

The requirement I have is that if a new ship-to is created, it should not be transmitted as an idoc until it is associated with a sold-to party.

Can anyone please tell me which table contains this information as to whether a ship-to party is associated with any sold-to party or not?

Sneha,

If you just include the partner profile of this IDOC as Sold to party, then there is no way the IDOC will be generated while just creating a ship to party.

So, make your IDOC type relevant only for the partner profile of the sold to party and not to ship to party.

Here the ship to party number should not be assigned to the partner number.
