Where does SAP store Interface Objects, Mappings, and Imported object info?

Hi All,

We have a need to create a simplified "Dashboard" reader tool for analysts and others to use that would allow them to easily see which interfaces have certain subscribers and which ones are mapped to whom. For instance - say you are pushing an Sales Order IDOC out of ERP (ECC 6.0) and into PI (we have a 7.0 system). Say there are three other systems that subscribe to that message but only map in certain fields that are relevant for those systems. What i'm looking for are the RFC/BAPI/WebServices that may produce some of this info for me to use AND/OR the DB tables that store the data that I can then access by building my own component for my Dashboard tool to consume. Anyone run across this? Any help would be appreciated.
