QM-QN: Problem with Screen Area 025 in a Quality Notification

Hello Gurus.

I Configured as a Quality Notification on the basis of the standard Q3 for Internal Problem.On the route SPRO -> Quality Management -> Quality Notifications -> Notification Creation -> Notification Types -> Define Screen Templates -> Define Screen Areas and Tabs -> select my notice quality -> Extended View -> Screen Area. Here I put the Screen Area 025 (Note on related notifications). But when creating or modifying a notice of this type button does not appear. Why might this be happening if the warning standard works?

Hi Felipe,

In order for the 'Related Notifications' to work you need to 'Register' your notification type as follows:

SPRO > Quality Management > Quality Notifications > Information System > Activate Reference to Related Notifications.

Maintain the relevant entries for your notification type.
