Regarding Cheque printing

Hi All,

I have a requirement to print the cheque format and I use script to get the RDI file genmerated and in that RDI file I need to get the cheque number in MICR font.

Did anyone of you worked on a similar requirement in the past.

The process is once the RDI file is available ,I map the same variables on to the layout designed using a tool called Optio DesignStudio and send it to the physical printer.

Hi Krishna,

Once you convert script to RDI you can't control the type of font in RDI file. You pass the cheque number into variable and format it in the designer.

Thanks for the reply,but to have the number converted into MICR code ,it is a very complex procedure.

I think there should be a way in sap script to actually make it possible as if i only want to print it through sap script then it should allow me for the same.
