relationship between service order and sales order

hi all,

can i convert service order (not notification) in cs to sales order? if yes, how?

if no how can i bill a service order?

Hi,

DP90 is a request for the billing of the resources consumed for the service (labour, material, lodging....ec)

Through DP90, we normally create a debit memo request and based on the request a debit memo will be generated and debit the customer.

You can follow the service to sales cycle shown below

Service Notification -> Service Order -> Resource Related Billing Request -> Debit Memo Request -> Debit Memo.

Use [DP90] for resource related billing request.
