How to put Budget check before Activity Release

Hi,

I want to put Budget check & Budget release check before releasing any activity. I am aware of user status.Even I tried by selecting Object type WBS & network activity. But the business process for WBS Budget release dont affect the User status defined for Network.

As I can make budget at WBS level & PO generation is thru requisitions by external activities.

Pl suggest.

You should use an user status for WBS, without Status Order Number, this status need to be activated like a initial status.

This new status need to control the business transactions of Partially release project and Release, and ned to be desactivated with the activity of Budgeting.

If you want to control that no one can desactivate this status, you should use an autorization code for this user status.
