Hello!
I have problem to start the J2EE stack of central instance (02) in MSCS cluster on Windows 2003.
The error seems to be connected with start of SAP Gateway.
The following telnet commando is failed
>telnet server sapgw02
The appropriate entry sapgw02 3302
in C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\services exists
Is something different within MSCS installation?
Thank you very much!
Thom

Can you recommend something?
Hello Thom,
As far as i can see, the gateway might not be the cause.
In the Windows MMC, what is the status of the message service (server) in the central services instance. Is it running.
Also in SAP, transaction SMICM, one of the menus has the option HTTP--> status. In that option what is the status of J2EE ("true" or "false").
Regards,
Prashant
