disp+work error

Hi,

I am using SAP 4.7 on windows platform, Now i am not able to login into the sap sytem, because all the work process status is 'Ended', when i try to login sap gui throws a message 'Application server shutdown'. i didnt do any changes after intalling SAP ,I have restarted both MMC and systen butt still i am facing the same problem, anyone please give me the solution for this problem.

What messages are in system log ?

provide log of dev_w0 from (sap work directory) \usr\sap\SID\DVEBMGS<sys_nr>\work\
