hi,

we are using this incase of BOM' items(Components) where we give more than one different item as free of charge against a main item. We have configured our own Z item categories for this purpose.

*X Pricing standard * - used to indicate an item needs price else it would mark the sales order incompletion log for the missing price.

A Pricing for empties

*B Pricing for free goods (100% discount *

used for free of charge items like TANN. In this case its pricing relevant but still we give it a 100 % discount with the help standard sap condition R100 which has a requirement 55 that checks whether the free item pricing relevance field value is " B " or not.

Pricing Field indicate that whether the system automatically carries out pricing at the item level.

if kept blacnk then the irem category is not relevent for pricing i.e. No pricing

X Pricing standard --> Standard Pricing proc should be followed
