Hi,

Seeburger has provided splitt997 adapter.

What is the purpose of splitt 997:

Suppose u have an EDI orders message. the strucutre of EDIFACT message is UNB-message body and UNH-message header. For EDI message can contain multiple occurance of UNH.

So somtime u have to splitt the UNH multiple times and u need to generate the multiple messages for each UNH message.

That time u go for splitt997 adapter which will split your message for each new UNH segment.

What the Split997 adapter does ?

Ans.suppose you are receving on edi file which contains diffrent types of messages like invoce,ordersetc...now split 9997 chaneel will split all file according to messages...like invoice will go by one split and orders will go by another split 997 channel.

Example: 1 edi file has 4 messages ....2 for orders and 2 for invoice ...now you will configure 2 split channel...one for invoice(both messages of invoce will come through this adapter) and one for orders(both messages of orders will come through this split997 channel).

i think now you will understand the concept of Split997 channel
