how to calculate commission on sales persons sales target achievement ?

we are working on is - retail solutions .

can any body suggest us how to calculate sales persons commission on their sales target

achievement in is-retail scenario.

this task is intergration with HRmodule and FI

In SD-Retail Define partner functions- 'emplyee reponsible' or 'sales person' when u entering sale order in partner tab enter the name of the empoyee who is responsible for sales and save the order, u can define many partner functions based on your requirement.

n retail - one employee had responsible to take a inbound call and pass to sales person and delivery realted person, so among these employess commission wiil be divided, for this ABAP programme will run background and integration with

HRmodule and Fico to calcualted the commision.
