Follow-on Document Question??, where to get ?

Hello All,

Can some body help in finding the follow-on document, ie, when I create a SC, where I can see the PR number even before it is updated in the follow-on doc section of SC.

What is your business requirement ? Do you want to show PR number when SC is saved ?

Hi Masa,

This is not a business requirement, I just want to know if there is any way that I can see a PR number some where even before it can be updated in follow-on doc's section of SC status ??, this is bcoz it usually takes long time for the status to get updated, I guess you know that.

Hi Rahul,

Follow-on section of SC gets updated once the jobs CLEAN_REQREQ_UP and BBP_GET_STATUS_2 are run.

So getting updated in the SC depsnds on the frequency of the above jobs runs.

However if you still wanted to find out the follow-on documents before these job runs, please check table BBP_PDBEI and give the SC item GUID which can be obtained from BBP_PD.
