Mailing Confiuration - How to?

Hi,

Im having a Problem in sending mail. im trying to send a mail to external adress, after a few seconds im getting an express msg saying that "Cannot process message in SAP System". this msg is coming from my BASIS Head email id.

I dont know what 2 do. i need any speficic email id from my SAP User id 2 send external mail ?

Where my Basis Head's Id has been configured. I have also come across SCOT.

Plz someone help me

Hai,

Check whether the RFC is working fine or not. and do the settings accordingly as explained in the SAP Note - 455140 and also check in the Transaction - SOST for more error message.

If you use SMTP check the note --> 455140.
