partner function changes in Billing document header (very very urgent)

Hi friends,

Already billing document has created 31-12-2007.

But in that billing document, they have given wrong sales employee code. now i want to change sales employee code in that billing document, without cancelling the billing document.

In Employee sales analysis report , that billing document is not reflecting.

Without cancelling the billing document, How can i change partner function ( sales employee code) in billing document header.

Please any one can help.

Because its very urgent.

Hi Narayana,

Please see the checkbox for field "NotModifible" for the partner function "Sales employee",

in the Partner determination procedure attached to your Billing document header.

Check this in Customising,it will be under "Partner procedure determination".

If this is not checked,then you can modify the Sales employee in your billing document without cancelling it.

If it is checked then see if your business process allows you uncheck it.

Hi,

In SPRO- BASIC FUNCTIONS - PARTNER DETERMINATION - did u try making your partner function for sales employee editable in the billing header or item level?

I am not in front of SAP system now, but i presume there is one such option where you can tick the partner function type and make it editable in the relevant document.

Just try, i think it should work.

If it does dont forget to reward points for contribution
