Html iview is empty in VC

Hey

i am using VC 7.0 SP14.

I read the weblog on Transaction integration

at: https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/wiki?path=/display/vc/transaction%2bintegration

but when i put the following url: http://<portal>:<port>/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.portal.appintegrator.sap.Transaction?System=SAP_R3&TCode=VA02&GuiType=WebGui&DynamicParameter=VBAK-VBELN="&@Order_Number&"&OkCode=ENT2

in the VC html view

i get a blank view. even if if i put www.cnn.com it is the same resault?

Any suggestions?

Still does't work.

Do i need to do any other configuration?

I configured the proxy. do i need to do any thing else?

Hello Nir,

After upgrading to SP14, all of our HTML views are not working. they used to work in SPS 13. We tried to deploy using Flex 2.0 compiler. It displays a blank screen. You have mentioned that the problem is resolved. Could you please share the solution?

Thanks for the fast answer

But still it doesnt work

this is the scenario:

1. i drag a page

2. drag a view

3. drag an html view

4. connect the in of the view to the connector start

5. html view->configure element->deafault url: http://google.co.il

the resault:

I get a blank HTML inside the portal - even when using the url: http://google.com.

when i view the source (right click-> view source) i only get <html></html>

and if i look at the properties (right click-> properties )i get:

http://<portal>:<port>/irj/portalapps/com.sap.visualcomposer/blank.htm (BLANK.html)

any idea

I am getting currectly.

Just try with http://www.gmail.com instead of http://gmail.com.

i maen put 'www' also.

But i am getting with both URL s

Nir-

Did you right click on the navigation link and choose Configure Element ? For the mandatory field url set the assigned value as 'http://google.com' or whatever your URL is. You need not have "www" in it. I just followed the steps I mentioned in my previous post once again and was able to display the web page.

Hi,

This URL which u sued from Document is calling Transaction V02 From Backend which we had created in the portal .

Do you have that Transaction in Your portal first?

If you want to display HTML Iview ,you can do it by other way also

Just drag an HTML Iview and Give the URL you want to dispaly in Default URL Field after deploying it will display the URL Content.

Nir-

Are you displaying only a HTML Page in your VC iview? If so first drag e HTML Page onto your layout. Then from the input port drag a line out and select start. Choose url as the input field and click on ok. Right click on the navigation link and choose Configure Element. For the mandatory field url set the assigned value as 'http://google.com' or whatever your URL is. Deploy your model and run it.

If you are navigating to a HTML page from a form/table check if this assignment is done.
