Can any body send me the step by step guide for installing SAP-BW 3.5 in Windows XP

Hello Ashwin,

Best place to look is under service.sap.com/instguides, then open the Netweaver '04 branch, and there you find the installation guides for all Netweaver '04 based products. Do note, that BW 3.5 is essentially a Netweaver '04 system with the BI-CONT addon installed.
