Solman SR3 , instal issue

Hello,

Im installing a Solman SR3. Im at part 57 of 59 when the sapinst is traying to configure "use type as java" CAF configuration parameters.

The install process logs said in sapinst.log :

the usser JCE means for J2ee_admin or other? where can i check if the user is locked?

i already validate that in ABAP stack is not blocked.

also i can log me in http://yanbalsm:50000/nwa and i see that all the users are fine ( not locked ).

could any one tell me any idea on how to solve this issue in to finish my install process please
