Transport system active can not save

Hi ,

We are using BI7 SP13 integrated with Portal.When i try to save the reports in my favorates it throws" Transport system is active can not save"

Initially we have SP10 then it was working fine.After upgraded to SP13 then issue started.

Please advice and will be rewarded.

Are you getting this error for one report or for all the reports which you are trying to save them in your favourates.
