exception during application deployment when we tried patching

Hi

I am trying to path an XI 3.0 from 14 to the 21, and I get this message when I try to update the XI ADAPTER FRAMEWORK:

Solevd, before upgrading the Exchange Infraestructure, you better upgrade the complete Java Engine.
