problem in copy control

Dear Friends,

in consignment returns, with reference to billing document

i am getting the following error in ecc-6.0.

copy f2( billing) ken to conr (consignment return) is not defined.

i have checked copy control settings ,everything is fine.

kindly guide me on this.

Hi,

Please check for ur copy controls at VTAF,

First check the combinations of document types (F2 to CONR)are defined. If it is fine,

Then check the item category is proposed or not,

From ur error, i guess, item category may not be proposed.

Also check the schedule lines also. If any thing is not defined, please define it by new entries.

Hi Divya,

Could be a transport problem then. You must have made the copy control settings in the customization client and not transported it to your testing client.

Also just in case try looking at the standard copy controls to see if you could match it to your customized one.

check ur entry in VTAF tcode and maintain copy controls in the item level i.e., at item categories also.

You check the copy controls settings for your Billing type and Consignment return type at these levels

1.Header

2.Item

3.Scheduleline
