how to get Full text editor

When I open Smart forms and

try to write in text node ,there's no Full text editor but a PC editor,,...... instead theres a string which says "Use full text editor".

I tried to goto->change editor

in text node

but as i click on that particular option ..I get a message saying

"No program available for that particular ....."

Please let me know how to retrieve the full text editor

check if all the SAPGUI components (Graphics) are installed correctly on ur PC ..
