Error with disp+work.exe in Cluster

Hi!

I have installed SAP Solution Manager 4.0 on Windows as MS Cluster.

After Kernel Upgrade the central instance (disp+work.exe) does not start and stopped after a while.

1. check if you can start the SAP Service (manually in services MMC)

2. If not , the service executabel might be corrupted, overwrite thesapstartsrv.exe with good file from DIR_CT_RUN

3. make sure that you have fix for sparc.dll from SAP note 1043592
