disp+work.exe stopped after a while

Hi!

I have installed SAP Solution Manager 4.0 on Windows as MS Cluster.

After Kernel Upgrade the central instance (disp+work.exe) does not start and stopped after a while.

Hi

Is your system Unix or Window ?

Pl check the below in sequence

1. File permission

2. Is Database working

3. Is Listener Working

4. Run "R3trans -d" and send the return code

Let me know if any further details
