IS XI 7.0 compatible with Window Vista Home Pre. Edition?

Hey guys,

I am attempting to load XI 7.0 onto my laptop, which is windows vista home edition, but when I attempt to log onto the (IB), the program begins to load then I receive an error stating " windows explorer can't display this page"; Every other application runs fine, I can load sxmb_moni, R/3 system, proxy, etc., but not the integration builder. I am thinking my firewall or internet security is preventing the IB from loading? Can someone please help????

Do u have proper java web start version. It should be 1.4.2_xx
