Hi all,

How do I generate/activate the CIF integration models?

How do I CIF some materials?

How do I cross-check if the transfer took place?

Thanks

Pooja

Hello Pooja,

1. Use transaction CFM1, select check boxes 'Plant', 'Material'. Enter the plants and the Materials you want to transfer to APO. without plant being in APO you cannot transfer Materials as Products to APO.

Save your integration model.

2. Activate this model using transaction CFM2. you can see this by checking the status which gets displayed against the model.

after successful activation you get a log also displayed which gives information of the transfer, error, warning or information messages.

3. you can check in APO, in transaction /SAPAPO/MAT1 or in /SAPAPO/RRP3 whether the material - plant combination has been transferred or not.

Pooja,

You can use following tcodes:

CFM1 (Create integration models)

CFM2 (Activate/Deactivate models)

You can see data transfers in smq1 and smq2 and also you can check in apo if you are transferring the data from R/3.

For example if you are transferring the materials you can see the data in apo by using /n/sapapo/rrp3.

Rewards if helpful....

Hi,

Transaction /SAPAPO/CC

Settings

ECC Client - APO Client

Integration Model

If your integration model is in status "Active" all the integration models have been correctly activated in ECC.
