SIS txn MCTC

Hi

While generating MCTC transcation for a particular Sales Organization the SIS details are not generated, what could be the reason this details are not getting populated.

Pls help & address it soon.

Please check your updates are in place under the head of "Updating Control" for the doucments you are expecting in the MCTC.

Hi

you have to check it in Logistics - General->Logistics Information System (LIS)->Updating->Updating Control->Statistics Groups and check the setting thoroughly.

I can give you transaction code OVRO AND OVRP but then it won't meet the purpose if you are missing anyting in between so better you check each element under the menu provided above.
