Cannot download SAP NetWeaver 7.0 (2004s) Trial Version

Hi

I am not able to download

SAP NetWeaver 7.0 (2004s) Trial Version - Full Java Edition using the following link

When i clicks on the button "I agree to download selected file", it ask me to save the file NW_JAVA_700SP14_SR3.tgz file.By doing so it saves a file of 1 KB to my harddisk which is a currupt zip file.

Please help me to download the same

SAP is aware of the various errors (including the new 403 Forbidden authorization message) users are recieving when trying to download NW_JAVA_700SP14_SR3.rar.

Here is the responce from SDN Support staff that I recieved earlier today:

You all may know this but if not then.....

I used my linux server to download it using "wget -t0 https://www.sdn.sap.com/downloads/netweaver/java/NW_JAVA_700SP14_SR3.rar";

Software downloaded - it works!

When did you successfully download the file with wget? I am able successfully download the smaller file using:

wget -t0 --no-check-certificate https://www.sdn.sap.com/downloads/netweaver/java/NW_DS_700SP14.rar

however; the larger file using:

wget -t0 --no-check-certificate https://www.sdn.sap.com/downloads/netweaver/java/NW_JAVA_700SP14_SR3.rar

returns the error: "Forbidden."

Hi Arati,

This is definitely internet connection issue.Make sure you download with a braodband at high speed.

Hi, this is definitly NOT an Internet connection issue, but a browser issue. Tried the download with IE6 and only got a 1kb RAR file. Using the same link in Firefox it downloads without a problem.

Since the previous downloads worked fine, either the file has changed or a security fix in IE prohibits the download.

Hi,

I downloaded and installed FireFox. Still, I was not able to completely download the ~4 GB file. It stopped in middle of the download.....sometimes after ~2GB, other at ~1GB.

Any suggestions ?

Nope! Still unable to download the file.

I just wonder if SAP have the trial version on DVD that we can purchase....like they have it for APAB trial version.

This could be a problem with your internetconnection.

use a download accecelator and do the download.

I am in the same situation. I have tried from different machines, one is from external one is from SAP internal. The NWDS is downloaded correctly. The server is not, so is that possible the size of file. If the it is connection issue, Why my NWDS download is OK?

In my case it asks to save NW_JAVA_700SP14_SR3.rar or NW_DS_700SP14.rar... Must be something with your browser. Can you try a different one?
