Hello
Does someone know why it is not possible to create several quotations created in reference from an inquiry when the field MARC-STRGR is filled in ( in my case with value 85)?
What is the SAP behavior behing that?
Kind regards
Chris
HI
For one Inquiry only one Quotation is created (defined in 'Completion rule in Order Definition) in AGN. for AFN (until the qty is completed) you can create Sales Orders.

hello, friend.
try going to VOV7 and select an inquiry related item category, say, AFN. take a look in the field for 'completion rule'. you will find that the value tells the system that once the inquiry has been referenced (whether completely or not), it will be considered complete. this is why you cannot reference the inquiry more than once.
you can change the value in the field, but this is not best practice.
regards.

hello, again.
hhmmm.
try changing the value to 'E' and see what happens. i assume you are trying with new documents, because any changes will not affect already saved documents.
also look in transaction VTAA if all settings in the item category AFN have been done between IN and QT (again, i assume these are the document types?).

Hello
My custo is OK, and it was already set up like you suggested me. I guess that it should be hard coded somewhere that in case of using article with a strategy group then the first quotation has to be set on completed. Because, if use the same article on which I have firstly clean up the the strategy group the system allows me to generate several quotations without any issues.
Kind regards for your help !
Chris
