server0 cant bring up

Dear guru,

im installing SAP NETWEAVER 2004s with PI component.the peformance very slow running on hpux11.23i with oracle 10g using 4 cpu and 4gb memory.when i run TOP the jlaunch using CPU very high...

I hit problem which is the server 0 always in start application mode not running mode ...it not take too long but still maintain at status START APPLICATION...

May be XI monitoring capabilities using CEN (central monitoring system) in Tcode: RZ20 and RZ21 solve your problem.

Still cant solve , i think it related to the java not abap...when run startsap the abap stack can log in but when run transaction sxmb_ifr the Internet Browser down. So when i go to jcmon look the status the server0 still in starting application mode not running mode....
