Retrieve user IDs' utilisation in the system

Hi,

I am asked by management to retrieve User IDs' utilisation in the system for the past 6 months.

Is there any log can provide me the information of

a.) how often the IDs login to the system ? how many times the ID login in the past 6 months ?

b.) in total how long the IDs stay in the system for the past 6 months.

pls advise.

Hi Kent,

You can view the user info in the tables usr*.

I am not sure whether you can get the utilization of the users?

Actually what does that mean? But in usr02 table you can see which user has logged in and at what time.

You can try checking this using the tables usr*.

Hi Vamshi,

I mean are there reports that can show me how long a user stays online or uses the system.

For example, today userA uses the system for 30 minutes.

yesterday, userA used the system for 5 minutes ..etc.

Then I can total up the used time and show to management the utilisation of the ID in the system. And I need the record for the past 6 months. Even if the 6 months log is no longer available, but at least if can find such log also useful.

in St03 -> Expert Mode -> Take a month/day/week -> Double click -> Goto User and Settlement Stats -> User Profile ...You will find the Workload (Response time, DB time,etc) for each and every user for that particular month/day/week
