Not sure if this is the right forum but here goes - how does eSOA relate to an enterprise architecture
framework like TOGAF?
ESOA is the architecture, which can be modeled using an Enterprise Architecture Framework like TOGAF. SAP has extended and added a new flavor to TOGAF and it is called SAP EAF.
This is particularly oriented towards modeling enterprise architectures with packaged solutions and business services.
Hope this helps,

SAP EAF like TOGAF is more of a methodology than a tool.
However there are some tools which can help you document and come up with the good EA models.
The SAP Enterprise Modeling from IDS Scheer (formerly ARIS for SAP NetWeaver) is one such application.
The SAP Solution Composer will help you identify the right granularity of services and solutions required in your enterprise.
More details on SAP Enterprise Modeling can be found here
Hope this helps,
