ROS questionaire is not editable

Hi All,

We are working on SRM 5.0 with EBP in one client and ROS in another client configured.

1) Our new vendor submits the link from the ROS_SELF_REG with his general data to the ROS.

and receives the questionaire configured in the system.

2) The screen suppliers BSP application has this questionaire( configured questionaire) available but it is not editable or we cannot see the contents in that questionaire.

I think I am missing some config which makes this questionaire editable.

Can anyone give some clues on this?

looks like the incoming mails are not working correctly.

since the replies (mails) are not coming in , you are not able to se anything.

Please check wether the mails are going out correctly and coming in correctly.

you can find number of notes for trouble shooting --> regarding mails ---> in the software component BC-SRV-COM.

Hi Sridhar,

not sure understanding you correctly.

The vendor receives the questionnaire via email attachment or link? The process works slightly different for each case, but in sum it's the same.

The vendor sends it back. With this the information is updated in the vendor record visible in trx Supplier Screening. There the buyer can see the questionnaire and check it, but not change it.

Where is the issue or requirement you are looking for?

Hi Claudia,

I understand exactly what you are saying.

In my screen suppliers transaction, if I click on the name of the company, I could see the questionaire in the tab Categories and Questionaires.

But the contents of the questionaire I cant open. In the sense, my screen has

Documents Categories and Questionaires Contacts Contact Details Address Data

In categories and questionaires tab,

Category Description Survey Questionaire Sent on at Received at

In this screen, the Questionaire is not openable means it is black not blue(i cant click on it and open)

hi,

there should be a link -> here for the questionaire to open.

If there is no link --> it will not be possible to open..

Are there any entries for the recieved date? or is it empty?

If links are not there --> it is definietly to do with the incoming mails....

Hi Khan,

There are no entries for the received date but there are entries for the sent date. It means the questionaire which is sent to the new vendor will not be visible from the portal.

But the doc SRM50_SUS_2788_Supplier_Enablement_Supplier_Self_Registration1 from the SAP market place says that the buyer can open the questionaire and view it.

Any clues??

Hi Sridhar,

seems that you did not receive the questionnaire back.

In case the questionnaire is received correctly, the date and time is recorded in the columns.

Also then the link to the questionnaire is clickable.

So far, the update of the questionnaire does not work yet completly.

Check the header information for each questionnaire and see if the tick box "direct update into application" is ticked.

Also check the SMTP node - maybe the received questionnaires are still sitting there "in transit"?

Thanks for quick reply.

The config, Update XXXXXX is there only thing we have to find is the SMTP incoming.

I will update/put more questions on this soon.
