invoice cancellation

Hi gurus,

Is there any possiblity to cancel 10 invoices at a time i.e., in one transaction and those invoices are belongs to 3 different bill-to-parties.

If there is a possibility provide me the solution.

Hi Kishore,

Its not necessary that if you want to cancel a set of invoices then the bill to party should be same.

you can cancel the invoice irrespective of bill to party.

Just use the T. Code VF11

In the Documents to be processed fields give all the invoice numbers which you want to cancel, one by one.

After giving all the invoice numbers, simple you can execute it. F8.Then it will give all the list of invoice numbers along with the invoice amount one by one, in another screen.

save it. Once after saving all the invoices which are shown in the list will be cancelled.

Yes it is possible. Go to VF11 and just list out all the billing document that you want to cancel and press "F8" (execute).
