billing plan

Hi experts,

When i am creating a credit memo request system throws errors.

1.Start date billing plan:Base line date for rule 13 not set.

2.end date billing plan:Base line date for rule 14 not set.

Could you please let me know where i have to check,what configuration settings do i have to set.

Ensure that Billing Plan is blank incase of Credit Memo Request. Incase other than standard is being used, check with Standard Order Type CR in T.Code: VOV8. Billing Plan should be blank.

Hi Sunina,

In your credit memo request sales document type (VOV8) check whether you have mentioned the same billing plan type that you have maintained while creating your standard sales order (VOV8).

Now try again.

I am sure this should solve the problem.
