when i started to delete a client process is cacelled automatically. following is the detail
message # 043:access program & could not be deleted
would anyone help me to resolve this problem

Is there any user using this client.
Please make sure no one lock an object in this client.
Check SM13 and SM12 for this client.
Delete all.
