Error while Re-importing a Model

Hi Friends,

In my Application a Table has been added to an existing Model.

When i Re-Imported the Model the Build is showing as failed.

When i had checked the file the Table is being shown(Table has been Updated),but i am getting such that Build is failed.

Can i know the reason for this and how to overcome this issue.

hai chandrasekar,

whenever you reimport your model you need to restart your j2ee server.else the changes made to model will affect your application.

What is your model type?

Did you restart your server after re-importing the model?

If not then do so.

Model type means whether it is a Adaptive RFC , Web Service Model , Java Bean Model etc....

My Model type is: Adaptive RFC .

I have restarted the J2EE Engine(Server),but i am still unable to build and getting the errors.

Please help me out.I am struck at this point of my Application.

hi check whether the rfc is giving the required output in sap logon .then try reimporting again and restarting the server.

--the problem can also be there if admin password expires or if the sld settings fail to work.so consult a basis guy to solve your issue.
