cancelling mass orders

hi all,

How can we can cancel backdated orders, for which PGI and Ivoice has been completed.

Vandana,

You cannot delete the sales order document if the delivery and invoice have been created.

What you could possibly do is cancel the invoice, then a goods return from the customer and further cancel the sales order.

Dear Vandana

When the subsequent documents are generated for sale orders, why you want to delete the sale order.

I dont think there should be some valid reason for this. Nevertheless, it is NOT possible in SAP to delete a document, if there is a valid subsequent document.
