Not able to save PDF document(Offline Interactive forms)

Hi Experts,

I am very new to the Adobe Interactive forms. I have created a form and coded to send a email to SAP inbox itself. But after filling it,i am not able to save it.

Please help me to know what should i do to make the PDF document to be saved after filling it.

I have installed ADS properly and also the note 736902.

But yet not able to save the PDF.

Hi

Did u get a solution..?

I guess u might not have binded the fields on the form to the attributes of the value node, i.e. the data source property of the form needs to be binded to the value node which will further save the data in the offline form..

You Need to install acrobat writer (Adobe Acrobat 3D) in order to make entries into your PDF. Its a licence software.

Hi Akshaya,

Any update on this? We are facing exact same issue.. It works fine when not emailed and directly downloaded to PC... But many times (not ALL times) give this error and can not save the file when it is emailed.

Please let me know if you found any solution.
