What Arun said is correct. you can't change UD once has given. The oss notes also not available for this case. you make sure before given the UD.

Hi Prashanth

If your system is below ver 4.7 , reply by Arun is corerect.

From Ver4.7 onwards there is user exit to reverse the UD.

Pl. coordinate with your technical team memeber to activate the user exit , if your in atleast ver4.7.

Hi Prashant,

Try using movement type 322 IN MBIB.

Any time its possible to REVERSE the UD expect if the

stock is not blocked by Logistics

Hi ,

Once UD is given , you cannot reverse it directly. You need to apply OSS notes which will have other implications & complications.

If UD is not given , you can cancel a lot.

Hi,

In the following menu,

Logistics > Quality management > Quality inspection > Inspection lot > Usage decision > Change with History

Here select , Usage decisions > Functions > Cancel lot in the UD screen.
