kindly explain,how the sale order date is determined.

on what criteia it is determined?

Hi,

Sales order date is not determined from anywhere.. the date on which sales order created will be the sales order date.. you can manually change this in the sales order during sales order processing..

Hi Divya,

Go to TCODE VOV8--in the functionality of sales document go to Requested Delivery date/Pricing Date/Purchase order date.

in it there is a field called "Propose PO Date".if we chk this the system will take current date as the PO date.

hi

after getting purchase order from customer. It is internal order or sales order depending on that you have to select from sales document header tab date tab you have to select from that tab. According to material availbility depending on scheduleline system will give materil avialbility. I hope it will clear your doubt

the system proposes the current date.

you can change it manually in the sales document
