Hi,

We are running Solution manager 4.0 SP13.

We have been configuring end to end diagnostics.

LMSERVICE SP13 Deployed

ISAGENTSMD72_01-10005468.SCA Deployed

Diagnostics Setup wizard .. All Succesfull

Diagnostic Agent Installed .. no errors ... Started in MMC

When we go to http://solmanserver:port/smd - diagnostics administration - managed systems - agent administration ..

The following is Dsiplayed in uptime/ last connection: in progress...

Please Help !

I too am facing similar problem with Windows 2003 x64. Agent installs successfully but never appears in "Managed Systems" on AD side. I have re-run SM DIag setup with all green lights. I have used a new solution after the agent has been setup and still no luck.

We are running LMService with Patch 4. I have an OSS support call engaged but i have not yet heard of the solution. If i get one i will be sure to share.

SAP SOLUTION MANAGER 4.0 Support Package Stack 15 (01/2008) fixes the problem.
