XD01/XD02 : Some fields are grayed out !! Need Help

Hi all,

We have a requirement where we have to key in details in the "Contact Persons" Tab in the customer master. But some of the fields like "Email", "Phone","Fax","Type of contact" are grayed out and we are not able to fill these details. Can you please let me know how to make these fields ready for input. I think this is a functional process , hence i posted in this forum.

hello, friend.

instead of entering data directly into the contact persons tab, try creating contact person master data using VAP1. if this does not work, please post again.
