LE - SHIPPING - DELIVERY OUTPUT(In/Out bound)

Hi All,

I am an ABAP developer. But very limited Functional Knowledge.

We have created a Z Output type called 'ZAR1'. We have assigned both ZPRG and ZSMARTFORM in NACE for V2 type.

We have certain Delivery no for which we are getting the output that is being configured for 'ZAR1' output type.

If I go and see VL33N in HEADER OUTPUT - I can see this output type 'ZAR1' defined.

But there are cases where some delivery is not calling the our ZPRG but directly calls the ZSMARTFORM.

But some delivery call both our ZPRG and ZSMARTFORM.

Please help Why our ZPRG is not getting triggered for all delivery when we give output.

Are we missing any thing in configuration?

check records for your output type running VV22

if you missed records - create by VV21

Hi,

Please check if you have maintained the condition records in VV33 T.Code...where you basically define for which sales document or sales org or etc...you get the particular output type.

Output determination in SD works on the condition technique...for more please use the menu path : SPRO - Sales & Distribution - Basic Functions - Output control - and follow the steps.
