Where to check Billing documents and Blocked documents

Dear Gurus,

Please let me know, where to check Billing documents and Blocked documents and how to releae them.

2. Please breif me about Open Documents (Order level, Billing level and Delivery level)

hello, friend.

you can check blocked billing documents using VFX3.

you can check for open billing documents using VF05 and VF05N.

open billing documents are those that should but do not yet have subsequent transactions:

1. open sales orders are those that have not been processed for delivery

2. open deliveries are those that have not been picked, posted for goods issue and billed

3. open billing documents are those that for some reason have not been posted to accounting.

Hi Madhu,

For Orders VA05 for list of documents there u can find the status Partially delivered or Completely Delivered For open sales document which are due for deliver Vl04...

Delivery doct which or due for billing is VF04

For Billing Document VFX3/VF05

For release the Sales documents VKM1/VKM2/VKM3
