Dear Balaji,

You can Block the material from MM42 it self

Also using MASS and then selecting Plant Status or Site status

Or using WSE1 you can mark article for deletion

Hi Balaji..

For blocking the material ...

1.Go to MM06 and block the material for the particuler plant

2. MM02 go to MRP 1 view and maintain entry in plant specific Status filed..
