Queue Stopped

Hi,

Inbound Queue stopped due to cache problem. It shows the status text as

XI Error Update XICache: Queue stopped. What could be the solution.

Hi,

Please check sm58. Also you can run from SE38 program SAI_CACHE_REFRESH and try to restart holded messages.

Hi,

In integration server administration SXMB_ADM, Integration engine configuration->specific configuration->there is a parameter for QRFC restart allowed or not.

Got ot T.code->SXI_cache, please clear Start delta cache and complete cache refresh.

Hi,

In SXI_Cache my cache is showing green.Do i need to restart the message ?

When i tried to restart the message its asking for retain or increas. What could be the solution.

in your case there is no difference between retain and increase.

BTW are queues register on the server. It's transaction SMQR or SXMB_ADM and there maintain queues?

Ram,

Delete all queues using tcode: smq1 or smq2 and then go to RWB check all the messages you have triggered previously.

Delete them from there means from integration server.

Now trigger a fresh message.
