Hi,
There are many customer groups set up in the system. some were even added a couple of weeks back. Now the user has deleted some old ones for which a transport request generated in Dev. client.
Now after transporting this request to quality server , found really a big gap between data in dev and quality/testing server. we thought the transport request maybe is broken, so we transported a second time. Still there is a huge gap.
We are scared to transport it to production system as quality shows wrong already . What can be done in such situation?
Hoe can we set up correct records in quality system again and transport it to production?
Pls. guide.
Regards
Hi,
This may be due to transporting requests in different order rather than the order in which they created. Check whether the req are transported in the correct order as per created. i mean you have to move the TR's one by one in the order they created..
reward points if useful

First of all it seems to a bgi problem in case you trasnport them to production.
Option I :May be it will be not in your limits to do this , but still you can request for the Quality Client referesh, based on the impact it will have on production.
You can once again redo the work in Development and then transport to qulaity.
In this situation , where you qulaity has wrong data , then please do the Cleint referesh.( Decision to be take by your projrat manager in sync with the CLient)
