Error in Work flow.

Hi experts,

Can some one help me with following error ,as I could see an error in the Application monitors that i.e on the web portal

Start conditions for 0050103950, where is that i need to check and what else i need to do?

Also one more problem,

Shopping cart no 0010105664( Preq 400000123) :6220 error number range RQ not define.

for this i checked in the SRM GUI system and in the R/3 system the number range exists.

please some one analyze and give some possile solution for my two problems

Actually this is a one step approval process, where the user is assigned with an approver in his attributes, when ever the user tries to create a SHC with a 40,000 value, actually the user is having approval limit till 4000 and his manger has got limit of 13500, his managers manager got the approval limit of 13000000,

But still the SHC is failing to trigger the workflow

can some one suggest me the solution for this?

When did you get the error? When saving a SHC or after Approval ?

1. Start conditions for 0050103950 -> SWB_PROCUREMENT transaction.

2. Shopping cart no 0010105664( Preq 400000123) :6220 error number range RQ not define. -> Number range customizing.

Hi

The RQ number range is maintained in both frontend and backend.

Please suggest if anything has to be done from WF point?
