How can i see the report of customer master data..

Like for sale order it is va05...

So how for a customer master data?

S_ALR_87009957 Customer List

S_ALR_87009958 Customer Addresses

Hi

there is no standard report for that...

go to SE16... enter table KNA1 -- for all customers please note this gives all customers in your client

KNB1 -- for company code wise list

KNVV -- for sales area wise list..

after entering the table press enter ... give the selection criteria.. and execute.. this will fetch you the list of customers

Hi,

if you want feild name , go to se 16 , give the table names kna1, knb1,knvv tables, then according u can prepare rteport , and if u require table name feild name click on the techinacl veiw on particular felid using f4.

if need document to finding the table name , there are 7 ways to find the table name , give u r id i will send that document

for vendor list use tcode v.40

Hi all,

Thanks for your answer.

But v.20 is not working.

And in KNA!,KNB! n KNVV we are seeing report based on technicala parameters view.

But from a Sales view how we can see the report means in report all sales terms should be used not the technical terms.

Hi,

In SE16 when you are seeing the technical names.. Go to Menu bar Settings -- User parameters -- there is a option to select Whether field name or Field Label.. Select filed Label -- you can view the descriptions of the fields as you needed.

You can also download the list to excel sheet by clicking export to excel button

for customer master there is 3 tables

KNA1

KNB1

KNVV

all these are availble in SE16

If you want all these customer details there is a

standered report for CUSTOMER HIRARCHY

for that t codes are

VDH2N-DISPLAY

VDH1N-EDIT
