Customer Email auto-populating in Order

Hi All,

I am facing a business issue in auto population of email addresses in sales orders. The "CC" field in Header-Text of few SO's is getting populated with an email address. Upon succesful propose and processing of output type, the mail is being sent to the same email ID.

But, the business is not wanting the mail to go to that address. I have checked the customer master for any email ID maintaind (which may be auto populating in the Order) but no email ID is maintaied anywhere in the customer master also.

Can anybody please let me know, from where the email ID gets populated automatically in Header-Text field for Web Email "CC" address.

goto KNA1 for your customer and take ADRNR

goto ADR6 put ADRNR into ADDRNUMBER and check e-mail data (SMTP_ADDR)

but I believe e-mail comes from tranz SO10 - please check text determination running VOTX

Thanks for youe immediate response. I cheked table KNA1 and ADR6 but SMTP_ADDR field is blank for this customer.

Hi,

I think you are using Text determination from customer master, check the text ids in the customer master.
